Healing Circle

Our lives are often stretched by stress and the pressures of life, always doing things for others and not enough time or energy left for ourselves. This weekly meeting of healers is time for us – to give back to ourselves and to be still for a while.

The practice of meditation helps to bring us back to centre and reconnects us with that peaceful part of ourselves. This is time to share what we do for others amongst ourselves and to feel joy through being with a group of like-minded people.

Two hours a week to regain our composure and ready ourselves to rejoin the world so that we can again assist others and fulfil our commitments.
This meeting is open to anyone who is involved with the healing arts ie: Reiki, spiritual healing, complementary therapies etc.

It is being held on Tuesday mornings during school term time.
