The courses and offerings available are so diverse in subject matter that my only problem was which to choose. Having completed several courses I can say that I have not been disappointed with either the subject, materials or teaching. I have had Tarot readings and the amazing experience of Aura Photography and will continue to go back for more. Reiki

I have been involved with teaching and training for over 12 years and have always been impressed with the training that you deliver. When on courses at Gaea I have never failed to be at ease in the comfortable, no pressure learning environment that you create. As you know my motivation for becoming involved with Reiki was purely to be able to help my horses, I am so glad that you have been able show me that horses or for that matter other animals are special in the way that they accept Reiki, I have had great results especially with distant healing.

Thanks again for all your kind and patient help, I have recommended you to a number of friends and will continue to do so. I would recommend that anyone who is at all curious about Reiki should come and have a go - anyone can do it if I can!!

In my opinion the content and teaching in these courses is second to none. As a complete novice I was made to feel part of the group. I had attended as the subject interested me, by the time I finished level 1 & II, I made a decision to practice Reiki myself and focus on Reiki for animals. The material supporting the course is an excellent source of reference. The nurturing teaching techniques, in a calm and relaxing environment, are done in such a way that you learn without pressure and actually experience giving and receiving treatments. Help is always on hand if there is something you are unsure of. If you feel drawn to Reiki, I highly recommend these courses at Gaea.

Relaxation and Meditation

For many years I have enjoyed Jackie and David Percy's monthly evenings of Relaxation, Meditation and Storytelling with, from time to time, the bonus of a Saturday Workshop. It has become my 'soft place to fall', an oasis in my busy life. Each evening we look forward to two guided meditations with Jackie and a relaxing tale from David.

The ambience is relaxing and therapeutic and I have no difficulty leaving my stress and problems behind when I leave! If you are looking for some relief from the stresses of everyday life come and enjoy the experience. “Be kind to yourself!"
