We truly believe we can do anything we dream about and set our mind to – all we have to do is open the doorway and just be willing to walk through.
Thoughts create reality — as we listen to our inner dialogue we can learn why our life isn’t fully working, and not bringing us the joy, happiness and peace that we all deserve.
Our Meditation Groups are for relaxation and enjoyment, and for those that choose, about gently helping each of us to explore our full potential as we make our physical journey on the earth, also to acknowledge and contact the soul within, and to gently guide and share with everyone the tools to assist towards healing physically, emotionally, and mentally. As we come into balance we are more easily able to connect to the wisdom deep within, to enable us to reach our full potential, even if our deep desire is just to be peaceful in our hearts, and follow our true pathway.
When Gaea Crystals opened in Wendover we were invited to create Relaxation and Meditation evenings to run on the first Wednesday and third Monday every month. These classes grew in popularity and have been a real joy for both of us. We commence the evening with a meditation, where everyone has the opportunity to practice correct breathing, visualisation, focus, and to de-stress with a deep relaxation/meditation, followed by a story to further the enjoyment and to help build skills in listening, focus and visualisation. During the short break we share healing and build friendships, and the evening closes with another Meditation.
The evenings run from 7.30 pm to 9.30 pm, and we welcome everyone, whether you are a novice or experienced in meditation. These evenings are for relaxation, enjoyment, friendship and learning new tools to help us in our everyday living. Our aim is to make the evening as relaxing, enjoyable, healing and uplifting as possible. We hope you will join us to share an evening of deep relaxation and enjoyment.
Just to give you some brief background information, we are Reiki Master/Teachers. Jackie completed her training as a Reiki Master in 1996, and David 1997, and since that time Jackie has initiated many people in Reiki First, Second and Masters Degrees.
We have also studied in a year long Metaphysical Course in 1993 with Gill Edwards, author of Living Magically & Stepping Into the Magic.
During 1995/6 we attended Workshops in Channelling, Advanced Channelling and Awakening the Light Body with Lita De Alberdi, founder of The School of the Living Light. Further, in 1997 we trained with Patricia Crane, to become Authorised Teachers of the “You Can Heal Your Life Study Course” and “Love Yourself, Heal Your Life Workshops” based on the books & workshops of Louise L. Hay, founder of Hay House.
Jackie also has 30 years experience as a Physic Reader, offering Personal Readings, Telephone Reading and Channelled Readings, and on a one-to-one basis teaches One Day Introductory Courses in Opening to Channel.
