Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy with Jack Weller

Treating all ages including children, teenagers and elderly people for a variety of problems using clinical hypnosis( hypnotherapy ). Sessions last up to an hour and between one and four sessions may be required - possibly more for more deeply rooted problems.

Hypnosis is explained before treatment and, if suitable, exercises in meditation or self - hypnosis are given as a backup to the sessions. Apart from problems relating to anxiety, stress, emotional states, bad habits and confidence, past life sessions, can also included if requested. Hypnotherapy can enhance healing and recovery from illnesses.
